STAR Yoga
A gentle class for Stress relief, Trauma release and Relaxation. This class is great for beginners and those who have never exercised before. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Please bring a yoga mat or towel and comfortable clothes.

Cost: $5 per session or $20 for 5 sessions

Computer Security and Identity Theft

This course is intended for all individuals who utilize electronic devices in their daily lives.It will provide valuable information on how to install some tools you can use to protect yourself while utilizing your electronic devices and what can happen to your device and your identity.The emphasis is on your identity and protecting you while you are using these devices.You owe it to yourself to protect your identity.Come join us for a couple of hours in this on hands class and gain a wealth of knowledge.

Creating a Spending Plan - Budgeting Basics
This course will help you learn how to create a monthly spending plan that works. Learn the basics of setting up a spending plan, how to track what you’re spending, and how to make adjustments to your plan when an emergency arises. You will be provided a workbook with sample budgeting worksheets and spending registers to help you track your monthly spending.

Improve Your Financial Life
This course covers how success and productivity depend on each other, and that true success comes from honest hard work and a sense of accomplishment. During the class we will address such topics as enhancing your productivity and income, how stress can affect you and your finances, and the importance of teaching your children about money.
