Chinese Language Course
Learn Hanyu Pinyin
Phonetic system used for standard Chinese characters. Each Syllable is made up of an initial consonant, a vowel and a tone mark. In standard Chinese there are 21 consonants, 35 vowels and 4 tones consisting of an upper even tone, a rising tone, a falling-­‐rising tone, and a falling tone, which are marked above the vowel. Neutral tones are not marked. Hanyu Pinyin was
officially adopted on the Chinese mainland in 1958 and assumed as the international standard for written Chinese in 1982

Basic Estate Planning
What would happen if you became incapacitated or died?  While no one likes to think about it, planning can protect your loved ones during a difficult time and help preserve your property.  This course will discuss what happens if you die without planning, as well as planning techniques that can be used, ranging from simple techniques that you can do yourself to wills to more complicated planning.

Creating a Spending Plan – Budgeting Basics
This course will help you learn how to create a monthly spending plan that works. Learn the basics of setting up a spending plan, how to track what you’re spending, and how to make adjustments to your plan when an emergency arises. You will be provided a workbook with sample budgeting worksheets and spending registers to help you track your monthly spending.
